This Privacy Policy (referred to as this ‘Policy’) applies to visitors (referred to as ‘users’, ‘you’ or ‘visitor’) of this website.

We keep this Privacy Policy under regular review and will update when changes take place that will impact the privacy of our users and patrons. If you do not agree with this Policy, do not access or use our services or interactions with any other aspect of love.fish.

Some of our service providers, such as software, technology, and advertising service providers, may be located or operate outside of Australia. For example, our digital advertising and analytics providers (such as Google, Meta and TikTok), commonly operate from or store data in the United States. It is not practicable for us to identify every country in which an overseas recipient may be located, as this can change from time to time.

7. What are the exceptions to this policy?

The circumstances in which love.fish will use and disclose information other than stated above, include:

  • Unauthorised attempts to access files which are not publicly available
  • Unauthorised tampering or interference with files on this website
  • Unauthorised attempts to index the contents of this website
  • Attempts to intercept messages of other users of the listed websites
  • Communications which are defamatory, abusive, vilify individuals or groups or which give rise to a suspicion that an offence is being committed
  • Attempts to otherwise compromise the security of the web server, breach the laws of the State of New South Wales or Commonwealth of Australia, or interfere with the use of the listed websites by other users.

love.fish reserves the right to make disclosures to relevant authorities where the use of this website raises a suspicion that an offence is being, or has been, committed. In the event of an investigation, we will provide access to data to any law enforcement agency that may exercise a warrant to inspect our logs.

love.fish may initiate proceedings in relation to any loss or damage suffered because of unauthorised use of information or any of the above circumstances.
